Your Piece Of Finland a Finnish lifestyle store in Rovaniemi and online with only products made and/or designed in Finland.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship almost everywhere, although there are some product limitations regarding some countries.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes you can if

  • There hasn’t been more than 14 days from the delivery
  • The product has not been used
  • The product is in it’s original condition with original package

An item, which does not fill the claims mentioned above, item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.

What payment methods are accepted?

For International payments we accept: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, Maestro), PayPal and PayTrail (Customer has to have a Paypal- or PayTrail-account)

For Germany, Austria and Netherlands: Credit cards, Paytrail, PayPal

For domestic payments Credit Cards, Bankwire transfers (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki) PayPal, PayTrail, Collector

How much are the shipping costs?

For all orders over 250€ the shipping costs are free except lighting and furniture which have their own delivery costs. Under 250€ the domestic shipping costs are 7€, in Europe 30€ and other countries 40€.

When do I get my delivery?

The items are shipped from Monday to Friday and latest on the next business day. In domestic deliveries the estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days, in Europe 3-6 business days and other countries 3-9 business days.

Is there any extra costs (customs, taxes etc) after I have paid my delivery in your online store?

EU (European Union): All prices shown on our website include VAT and besides the shipping costs there are no extra costs.
Other Countries: To all non-EU countries the deliveries are shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that all product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all other costs (import duties, customs, local sales taxes) applicable in the country where the products are delivered. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Your Piece Of Finland is not responsible for potential import duties and local taxes and we cannot refund any orders, which are returned to us due to unpaid duty. All orders are shipped from Finland. Each product’s country of origin is indicated in the documents (non-EU orders only).

I have a registered company in EU country with a valid VAT number. Can I get VAT free delivery?
Company from another European Union member country can get 0% VAT delivery due to intra-Community supply of goods. Company has to have a registered VAT number, which will be verified prior the order is accepted.
